Cancellation policy

How to pause or cancel, and how class bookings work. This is provisional while we finalise the exact windows with the studio.
Cancelling a membership
Cancellation is by request. Email the studio and we will stop the next renewal.
Pausing a membership
You can pause your membership for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months. Payments resume automatically after the pause.
Class cancellations
Plans change. The exact cut-off for cancelling a class without losing the credit is being confirmed; until then, cancel as early as you can, and talk to a coach if something comes up.
Refunds
Class packs and memberships are generally non-refundable once used. If something does not look right, contact us and we will make it fair.
